Family business which is local and friendly, understanding and very professional. From the office staff, all the way down to the trainee/apprentices, they all help to sort out problems. Craig visited my house this evening because my boiler wasn't working and he was brilliant. Really kind, polite and professional and fixed the issue quickly, explaining things to me and making extra effort to check my oil tank that is underground and removing another cover after the job was done to teach me how to deal with possible issues that he thought might come up before my next service. He came out last minute when he had been meant to go home, which was much appreciated and he was even really friendly to my kids (who were probably not helping by trying to show him their collection of rocks) and my cat (who was also getting in his way). Thanks for being so lovely!
I have employed several plumbers over the years to do repairs and changes in my house, but now that I have discovered Boxall's I won't be going anywhere else. Whatever I ask for (boiler service, shower replacement) I always get someone who's is quick and competent. Emergencies are dealt with extremely quickly, and they don't cost any more either.
