After visiting friends who had a shower installation by Boxalls and could see the quality of the workmanship, we decided to have our bath removed and full size shower fitted.Cannot praise enough the quality of the work and the friendly service by the fitters. Nothing too much trouble.First class
Family business which is local and friendly, understanding and very professional. From the office staff, all the way down to the trainee/apprentices, they all help to sort out problems. We had new boiler, shower and toilet, as well as an emergency leak which thankfully was only a loose joint. Will always use this local company - Thank you all

Just had a complete new heating system installed including combi boiler, radiators and all new pipe work. Craig visited my house this evening because my boiler wasn't working and he was brilliant. Really kind, polite and professional and fixed the issue quickly, explaining things to me and making extra effort to check my oil tank that is underground and removing another cover after the job was done to teach me how to deal with possible issues that he thought might come up before my next service. He came out last minute when he had been meant to go home, which was much appreciated and he was even really friendly to my kids (who were probably not helping by trying to show him their collection of rocks) and my cat (who was also getting in his way). Thanks for being so lovely!
I have employed several plumbers over the years to do repairs and changes in my house, but now that I have discovered Boxall's I won't be going anywhere else. Whatever I ask for (boiler service, shower replacement) I always get someone who's is quick and competent. Emergencies are dealt with extremely quickly, and they don't cost any more either.

Just want to Highly recommend C.S Boxall plumbers who just removed our old Rayburn and fitted a refurbished one for us. They have been Excellent through the whole process - thank you so much to all - from the very helpful lady in the office who very quickly got back to us re calls and messages to book in, Colin who gave us quotes and options, Paul who quickly sorted an issue with the old Rayburn in the summer and an especially Big THANK YOU to David and Craig for fitting the new one last week for us - they were just great - so helpful, professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered and explained all our many questions! cannot thank them enough for doing such a thorough job, fabulous Thank you again, M+S Davies.
